4 digit channel numbers on nano2 to i-link convert

I just signed on to 2 new private services to me,, i would like to tune in to 4 digit channels such as 8013 for example but when I enter such a number my nano32 reports no cahnnel and refused to attemp to go there??

what setting have I got wrong??
