Need help. Nano premium se

I hope I'm doing this right so here we go. I have a nano premium se that I bought awhile back and now it's down but unfortunately one of my kids decided to try to fix it and erased everything and now I can't get a connection. Well it says connected but it just doesn't say connection 1 and it's scrambling . I do have the id and password which are the same but I don't know if DES KEY changed. Of what port to use. Any help would be appriciated

there may be a code checker in your PS section... that will give you the correct port number ... Des keys are probably posted in the PS section too

Ok thanks hutch . I checked my code and its still active plus I got the port. So now I input the new and updated port and server but still no connection 1. It's scrambling. Should I update the file. I have the factory sky03.06 or you think its my des key ? Thanks

Having similar problems Tried 7.04 with 3.06 7.04 with 3.05 7.09 with 3.20 7.09 with 3.23 7.09 with 3.24 No success
Using port 35911 1.rocketserver.tv IKSROCKET checks out

connected has nothing to do with the server,that is your home network
To see if its connected you press the info button and it will have a number after connection:
