Scan just for Tru and Spike

Since these channels will be moving at the end of the month, is there anyway to just scan these 2 in only, without deleting all channels and scanning the whole satellite? Better yet anyone be making a new channel list for the Dreamlink HD they would share? Thanks

No need to delete...Scanning the whole sat isn't that brutal...And is good to do...Or jus do the tp if ya like...

Won't scanning without deleting create duplicates? It did for the old Coolsat and Fortec. Is there a sticky on scanning just the tp for the Dreamlink? Fairly new to the Dreamlink.

No dups...Use scan method in dishsetup..Red button...

Do I need to know the transponder frequency, VID number, and AID number to scan in that tp and how do you find that for Tru and Spike?

info shows tp no...Rather than change the frequency kenneth jus scan the sat like i mentioned in post 4...Tp's are always changing k...
