Can someone please provide instructions, or point me to instructions, on how to setup my sv4000 from a factory reset, for a private server?

Thanks for any help.

Sonicview Set Up For NFPS
How to get your SonicView Working with IKS Private Server

1. Load the latest bin released by the Super IKS Team.

2. Do a factory reset.

3. Scan channels.

4. Click on Menu > Ipconfig > Change Private Server to "yes".

5. In Use DNS – Change to "yes". Server "domain name" will then come up.

6. In Server domain name, type in the domain name sent to you with your access code.
Note: To be able to enter decimal points, you need to have lower case selected.

7. Change port number to the one that was sent to you with your access code.

8. In User Name, click "ok" and a keyboard will appear on screen. Type the code that was sent to you.

9. In Password, type your access code again.

10. DES key, enter the code that was sent to you with your access code.

11. Press exit and yes to save the info.

If you did a factory reset you'll have to re-enter settings for each lnb in Installations. Also need to reset for time zone, User Menu area I think.

Is sv4000_factory_20061229.zip the latest bin I am supposed to use?

I hope this all comes back to me. Long breaks without FTA cause stupidity.
