Any provider is going to come up with a means to block their entire signal. ECM = Every channel missing. :D

Not that they make them but the activate a electronic sequence and to this date lot of speculation as to what they do but they have figured a way to tell the cards to stop send receive cw and thus make servers go down.. And yes all providers have ways to block servers.. it also been tested that if you even used a card for say 2 weeks in your server then you put back in the original ird.. when they send a ECM it still get fried so it why most are assuming they have a cw counter running so when they send the ECM they simple have it do a check sum and any cards requesting more that what they deem normal activity the card then gets flagged and is nuked,..

Others may add or alter my thoughts ….

Just my 2cents..
