i have the kbox prodigy i dont no what file i put in but no i cant use my remote is there a some thing i can use for usb to fix a file or how can i fix it so i can use with privite server and what files do i need so i can get back up and running thanks.

Does the remote lighthouse at all? Try putting green in the batteries reversed for a few minutes - at times that resets a remote.
