2.73 is the latest file you should use. As for getting all the PPV's that depends on what your server is showing. The file has no play in it.

could you elaborate on this a little more? Im setting my limesat up for the first time and I cant seem to get the ppv's either... I had someone else load all the files on the stb because they are way more familiar with this than I am. I have been reading thread after thread and feel like Im missing something simple... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the status of your P$. Odds are the ppv's are currently down.
