Anyone knows why we get a black screen on TUTU during games on 408 North? Its open on other service and on regular sub.

He was asking about north, which has NOTHING to do with 110.

Depending on where the seeders are located will cause blackouts on those channels during sporting events. If you take a look at the info when the program is on, it will say not available in X location.
