iks new IP setting?

thats better asked from who you got your service from.. all server have difrent info.... unless the name of your serivce provider is iks then my bad...

No there hasn't been a key or ip change to my knowledge ,but they are up and down like a whores pants

I do not know why Noi does that but it does!
Try rebooting router!
