View Full Version : Linkbox 8000HD Plus files

There are a few files on this site posted for this stb, but I cannot get any of them to work with any ps. It seems like only Starbox 109 works this way....just a heads up. If anyone has had a different experience please post.

i don't much about this box it kind new to me is this box called linkbox 8000 p great box to buy

if anybody buy this box who used before how does it works fawless or alot of freezing or disconnect compare to orders fta boxes i knew limesat works fawless if the server working fine the problems usually server issues

The Linkbox 8000 HD PLUS its a very good box and very easy to set up with a very good image quality and good support group behind it

I think it also has a true blind scan which I love to see in receivers. made in Korea which I like. Should be better quality T am guessing

it's a nice box but I have found these issues
No support for Bev. ( no epg or sort by s.i.d.)
22khz setting only works for sd channels not HD channels

I'm sure like most new boxes this one will get better with every new file / update !

Riverman,
BEV works fine on this box. The epg populates for 24 hours, better than most boxes, and you can easily sort by sid. You might just have to read more.......Have you tried the newest file? The mods should have it on here already, but I don't see it here. Hopefully they will put it on and I think you will be happy.

daryld: you are not correct. There is not one single Bev. channel that has epg. Also the only option for sorting by s.i.d is for Dish. and I do have the newest file loaded and a good signal on Bev.

their is a new file out their to correct the sid & epg problem it's on a other site it's 17 th of april 2013 star hd v118
hope this helps out !! I haven't flashed it yet, because I don't know, if I have to do a factory default, after installing it, or what happens to server settings i'll wait for a while in the mean time im up & running great picture
