Have a Limesat HD Air that I am trying to set up. This had Rocket working on it before. The owner now has purchased Yearly. The yearly info is right, been checked on other boxes. On both static and DHCP the connection shows as OK. Once on DHCP when using the server connect in the setup area it showed connected and ready, but all channels were scrambled. Now on either static or DHCP it comes back with server can't connect.

Any thoughts?

Rocket is down as much as it's up makes it tough to figure whether it's the box or the server. Try a more stable server for a month and you'll likely be back in business. jmo

Agree with your comments, the reason he went to Yearly, just can't get it to connect. After all of the BS with Rocket can't imagine going back to it.

is the IP info even populating? if not check of receiver to make sure leds are flashing in LAN port and also check LAN cable as well

IP on static populates, also shows connection. Cable and connections appear to be fine. As mentioned worked fine with other servers, just can't seem to connect to Yearly.

well if you are using a domain name then try the IP instead for the server or vice versa

Sorry I didn't mention that before, tried both several times.
