So as I promised kyzursozay I have some info. on this gang that will help you out.

AND WTF ABOUT ALL THE G*****N rouge phone callers who spoof anonymous/LOCAL phone numbers just so you won't ignore their calls. This stuff is getting out of control now with cell phones. My ******* the ****** ********of *** to *** ****** at the *** in ********** * * was telling me that dedicated systems are being installed on all 911 centers because of this. One group went so far as to threaten someone using spoofed # indicating they were local police dept.& if they didn't comply with them ... officers would be knocking on door shortly ..........at the SAME time they had been making abusive, threatening calls to the SAME local police dept.& spoofed the threatened persons phone #.......... you can imagine how they felt seeing police cars pulling up to the house.

Are you referring to the 'card center' calls and the other B.S calls made from disconnected phone numbers? If you are this is actually perpetrated by a guy named F. Antone Accardi who owns and operates
http://callerid4u.com and
http://telephonemanagement.net He is also associated with the following sites:
http://twisty-industries.com and
http://twisted4life.com and
http://spiretech.net None of the addresses for this piece of sh*t are real they are trace back to garages in alleys or mail dropboxes in Portland Oregon. Supposedly these scams originate from Belize. It has to do with CNAM revenue. Basically when a call is made the receiving telephone company pays a small fee called a 'dip' fee to retrieve the caller id info. So that 'retrieval' fee then goes to these idiots and although its under a cent per call....when you are making hundreds of thousands of calls a day it adds up.

He is wanted in at least 3 states by the attorney generals of those states and also by the FTC. Here is an article/blog that is constantly updated on him and his crew:
http://telemarketerspam.wordpress.com

His email has been spammed pretty heavily with about 10K emails a day for refusing to stop calling my number. If I can find a free online DOS bot I got something else for his sites too. ;)

my cell has been spammed a few times now by somebody calling himself Goldas Savitka or something like that wanting me to join that linkedin site now I am wondering if it is the same dude. Basically just use the phone for communicating back to house and only surfing I do on it is the local paper. Browsing the web is really not an option on a blackberry. The only one who ever got email from my phone is me. Nobody else on mailing list so no leaks there and I just use it to forward crap to myself.

It very well could be he is one shady character. If you call the 'office' listed on that telephonemanagement site there is some queer sounding guy that answers the phone and of course Accardi or Cliff Wells or any of the other guys are not 'in' at the moment. His website programmer is some guy named Cliff Wells. He looks like a drunk and you can Google him he posts quite regularly on programming sites and has a couple emails listed. They pulled the WP login on one of their sites 'cause I was bruteforcing it.

I talked at length with the Oregon Public Commissions department one day with a lady there. She said she even gets spam calls at work from this guy and his crew. I told her what I was into and that I was going to use every hacker/cracker trick I could to mess with him and his sites. She laughed and told me go for it....LOL.

I told his ISP I was going to bruteforce his site too, and I also left 'em a message telling him to check his inbox that he should have about 10K spam emails right about now.

See the beauty of this is he can't do anything about it 'cause who is going to listen? He's wanted by the Feds for this scam. He's not even registered as a legit company to be able to do what he's doing. So he's fair game in my book.

He thinks he's slick but he's not.

the spam calls I get on my cell lately have been from some idiots always with a different local area code & or pre-fix that is spoofed inquiring about some online college survey I supposedly took. My cell is a pre-paid t-mobile (Comet android $100 refurb) that I rarely use except for quick business calls or texts (1200min $100 card/refill lasts me a whole YEAR)so its really pissing me off. Was getting spam calls with different spoofed numbers on my hard line for almost a year from some idiot pushing internet yellow pages. Finally convinced the dummy he was calling a nol-listed, non-published private number. Since dumping phone line & porting old number to magic jack plus haven't had any hard line trouble.

just watched Dan Rather report/update on Jamaican lottery phone scams .....sad, unbelievable, maybe I have serious brain disability or the expert's explanation at the end was bs. That older people can't identify negative behavior, forget bad experiences, tend to trust easily....showing brainscan activity for this "area"..... LOL ...... If anything I 've only gotten more suspicious of ANY phone calls the older I get. I rarely use my computer, have every possible editable feature on face book turned off (even though I don't use my acct.) Every email is junked/emptied unless it was expected including from friends especially if its forwarded or has C/P links.
