Limesat ultra squeal

Is it a power supply that causes squeal or certain capacitors.I then have to turn box off and reboot.I dont think its my samsung tv since it is 2012.
Whoever has alot of knowledge please point me in right direction--thnx
If it is a power supply for limesat -where do I buy??

Sorry that is common for the limesat to squeel from time to time when it freezes I have 2 of them and have set up a few more.
It is not a power supply or capacitor problem.
