One thing that is does is it automatically renumbers B*v like tsn would be 1400sd/2400HD instead of 400sd/1400HD. If you do not like that, it is best to save your user database from previous bin and reload it after updating to new bin.
also...could not get b*v epg to work either, so reverted back to 236, dn epg is fine
with V2

Solved my problem with a dump from a brand new box, downloaded with cable to the affected box and walla, done. Can be solved by cloning also.

Can you put that brand new dump onto a memory storage device and perhaps post for the rest of us?? That would prolly help some others that run into same.

That is what I was referring to, why the factory did not work.

I guess is the way the loader lets you download this file using the chunk option not firmware.
I tried download new V2 and could not either, but took 237 and 239 just fine, now to see if usb wi-fi will work.

This box is great, but lots of problems with the ATSC on this bin, rebooting when switching from sat to ATSC, ATSC guide does not come in, and ATSC Channels arent numbered correctly like on TV.
Any chance this will be fixed in a new bin?

You have to be kidding right?
Are you running a ATSC tunner other than the Jynxbox?

What? Why kid? Scan ATSC they all come in as channel 1, 2, and 3.
Its a bunch of duplicate channel numbers too.
my friends samsung scans the air and gets numbers they used the have with the old bunny ear analog antennas.
Its not a big deal, just stating its not working correctly.

This bin makes it impossible to get a proper epg on bev. Going to reload 237 and hope the jynx team fixes this glitch soon.

I really like the Jynxbox. A few additions would be nice, but first waiting for record mode to work!
Is an upgrade to firmware coming soon?

NL time zone still not fixed. Should be z-3:30, NOT -4:30. Pvr records and pauses atsc with no problems. Records , but doesn't pause live DN or BEV. bev rECORDINGS hic-up every few seconds.

i would use 237 as well, but when i load 237 to my jynx, the light to the right of the channel number on the front display turns red (it's normally a blue light)
i wish i knew why it turns red.

236 is currently the most stable file for jynx-hd
tested on numerous boxes..........absolutely no issue

how come the original files on the 239 release were replaced with the files ruthie posted the other day... and all mention of that release seems to be gone....
is there actually a difference, ie bug fixes, in the new file or is it jsut a clone kill as ppl suspect..

No Pvr function, no HDD possibilty connected, if the box lost internet connection for 4 sec all freeze and i need to reset it with the on/off switch.
