Says "Network: Please wait 3 sec..." Does not change!

When I go to the network connection, it shows the message "Please wait 3 seconds ..." It stays there forever - I checked the internet connection and it seems fine. If I go to the next screen and click apply, nothing happens - it's just stuck. I have done hard and soft boots, as well as factory defaults and nothing seems to work. All help is appreciated.

in youre net aplication for server are you using the domain name or ip adress try using one at time that may solve the problem
