Jynxbox v2 aduio

i am trying to help my neighbor that has a jynxbox v2 and using a yamaha rx-v463 receiver for surround sound.the problem is the audio keeps going in and out.he is using hdmi from the tv to the yamaha and hdmi from the yamaha to the jynxbox.anyone with the same problem?or has anybody got any suggestions?thanks

maybe try different hdmi cables he may have a bad one. Are you talking about the android box or the Ultra HD Sat receiver ?
