When I read on the NFPS thread that people are asking for money back since they not offering Italian anymore!

money back? think this is walmart and when you arent happy you can walk up to the customer service desk and bring back your purchase? doesnt work that way and anyone who thinks it does, or should, needs to wise up and make a choice if they want to take the risks or not.
as for your original question, specialty stations are always the last to get back up and running after any doing by the providers. the way it is, and doubtful it will change. if your only looking for those "specialty" stations, probably in your best interest to contact a provider near you and find out about signing up with them. if you are looking for a good variety of stations and times when certain specialties are up, then maybe iks will work for you.

Sometimes it happens. It happened to me twice. Once with viggdy. May be it happened I talked to him over the phone in our mother Tung. Once again a reseller here. They were nice to me.

If you don't find a channel from a server normally its not available from others too. They all using same pool to seed and feed.

Im not the one asking the money back. Im just a guy trying to help neighbors looking for Italian package.
I know it doesnt work that way, up until now eveything was cool and I was able to get them the package for "testing"
but since last month... its dead!

The issue is that here up north the providers ask us over 10$ for one channel in Italian... For that price its better to turn to IKS
and get 4 of them... and get even more...
