Bev North 82 Channels?

Currently have Beaver Tv and i scanned all channels for 91 and everthing shows up on guide. When i scan 82 i only get 15 channels on guide. According to the channels list that has been posted i should have alot of HD channels. I have excellent signal strength for both. Any ideas where i'm going wrong?
