Can't get my new donation to work.

I got my new sub from yearlyiks the other day, and I can't get it to work. I loaded new domain and ip, port, ID, password and Des key, and nothing.
On network page, on bottom of page I have "Network: Connected".
On NET Application page I have Type- dream,
Server No.- 1,
Softcam- NewCam,
AU- On.
Then when I press Info on remote, on the bottom of screen I have "Connection:
I have also rebooted everything several times.
The outfit that sold me the donation sayed he tried it and was good. What am I doing wrong?
I'm from Canada and have a NANO premium SE.

Connected simply means that your receiver is seeing the router. Most common reason for connection issues is incorrectly entered p$ data , check your dskeys etc. Than check it one more time.

i wish i could help you more but im just not familiar with this brand of fta as i have never had one in my possession

the code is good and has been checked hopefully its something simple someone with knowledge on this brand of fta can help u with

Sometimes you have to do a factory reboot and rescan to make it work!

I found that with that stb it was important top make sure the des key was manually entered, even if it matches the new ps des key. If you haven't manually entered the des key do it and see what happens......

verify that the code was entered in the proper case as it IS case sensitive... try a reboot with the AU off... also you did erase the word dummy when you loaded your info right?

I entered mine and got nothing, i went through everything, then went over the numbers for the code, i found i had entered one number wrong, corrected it then i got my service, check your code numbers etc........worth a try
