No Epeg

I have been using the procedure found here on how to get several days epeg successfully, but it does not work any longer. Also the bev epeg has never worked for me.
Does anyone get an epeg longer than a few hours and how are you getting it. Also does anyone get bev epeg?

Normally the bv epg works better than the other...Jmo...Epg blue>button wait a few...Sometimes the procedure for dn has to be repeated several timz..Again jmo.......

Thanks for providing your experience. Strange that you can get bev, I on the other hand can not regardless of what I do. I agree with your experience regarding DN as I too get a reasonable epeg if I persevere and try it several times.

The epg is the only thing i don't like about this stb...Ecspecially if you need frequent hardboots....Back to square one populating..I doubt this issue will be corrected via file....Or it wud have....Just got used to it is all...;)

I agree. Hope you are wrong about not getting a bin fix. It reminds me of several other receivers that never got support to fix outstanding problems prior to leaving the scene.

I highly doubt there leaving the scene so ta speak...Bins are avail when needed...Support has been dece imho...Hopefully the epg will improve in the future...

To get several days epeg successfully, simply go to the channel 578 of BEV for about 4 or 5 minutes and you will get 2 days in advance. I guarantee you. :yes:

If 578=CNNHD then strange as it does not work for me. I wonder if it has anything to do with my using a diseq 1.2 1X8.

EPG is OK on this box...not the best and not the worst.

guys, I am in DN, and my dreamlink v3 has never obtained more than 2 hrs of epg. I made all the choices of various forums and nothing.never even turned it off, to finish watching TV, turn off the TV and leave it in the 239 and the next day "no info".

For dish make sure that you first press sat on your remote and make sure that you have "@ dishnet channels" chosen.
Then do the epg and yellow button thing . You will see much better results.

Blue button epg do not work for me at ch.1050 but ch.1578 (juice) does populate epg for a few days. I would like to know a open free epg channel as i think 1050 is not open and does not supply epg. It as to be an authorize channel to get epg, it seem.

Turn STB OFF from the back. Then turn on and do the yellow button thing except put it on channel 427 for 15 minutes.
You may have to do this on a weekly basis to get 5 days EPG.

Noup !! 2hr only. And no info on 49xx for HDs

I try over 8 method and no work. Only 2hr.

I try 114-119 and all have the same problem.

I try another v4 and have the same condition.
