I just sold my Nano2 on CL here in Canada. I was wondering if I need to clear out the Ilink files and reload the factory file before I sell it? Is there any liability to me if I clear out all the server info?
The receiver is working perfect and I don't want to mess with the software.
Thanks

I'd wipe it clean if I were you, less chance of any liability.......But it's up to you.

When I converted 2 of my cnx nano2 receivers to i-link I was under the impression that there was no going back.

That's what I thought to. I don't want to brick the thing especially if the purchaser is going to need the i-link anyway. With no server info, the box can't be used for anything but FTA anyway.

A nano conversion can be reversed. But that doesn't mean something might go wrong with the reload and cause a problem. You have a fifty fifty shoot either way. I've reversed mine several times with out issue. But that doesn't mean the next time won't be the one that locks it up.
