119 firmware wont install - Invalid Firmware

Hi, I have a friend who has installed 118 on his dreamlink hd. He said version 118 installs and works but what is up with 119? It says Invalid Firmware and will not install. He downloaded it twice with the same result.

Maybe winrar doesnt work for this file and he should try 7-zip?

Delete all reference to 118 and 119 from computer. Turn off virus protection and any other programs you have running and download again to a new folder. Unzip and load again. good luck

You should redownload it and put it on a fresh formatted USB stick and try again.
