Hi
currantly I am running file 113 on my receiver , my Question is if I upgrade to file 119 at once , do i get all updates (from114 to 119 with ) or I have to downoad every single file in between to have my system run smoothly .

Just update with the 119. I believe it will include all the other updates in earlier files.

I thought 119 was unstable..that we were supposed to downgrade to 116 to help with the freezing??..am i wrong?

Bin 119 is the latest and apparently solves the freezing issue from previous 116 and 117, 118 files.

Factory 1.06 after that load 119 and do a factory default.
