Viewsat ultra with just one zero on display ?? need help!

Hi all viewsat ultra users,

My viewsat ultra was lying idle for two month on one channel connected with xfta. Today I try to change channel with remote it did not respond. I turn off the back switch and then turn on after few minutes and I got one zero on the display and black and white tv screen with horizontal lines. Any member familiar with this problem can comment or help please. I can't find any file, like factory or other in file section, just loader.

Thanks for replay and direction to get file.
Here is an update; I tried this file to load with loader2 using null cable. Initial before I started anything viewsat was showing single zero then nothing. When I click pc-->stb and turn back switch on, loader try to send then resend and keep going like that indefinitely. Nothing happening on the receiver display. At one point there was number 8 appeared. Then nothing.
Is there any thing else? or Am I doing something not correct?

You mean its end of story. Use as paper wait?? No hope !!

Just in case someone missed one part.

Make sure you use a NULL cable, straight thru will not work.

I'd try is loading a sat file . That has been know to unblock frozen or looping ultras.

Sat file, What you mean? Please explain a little more.

I uploaded a couple sat info files for the Ultra and the Fail fix file also in the files section
