hy guys i am using a nanosat premium. ijust did a factory reset when i went to instalation then to chanel search echostar10/11 110 does not apear on the satmenu what am i doing wrong.PLEASE HELP

Should be just below Anik F2 in the list. Shows as Echo 10/11. If it still does not show then try another factory reset. Worse case reload the file.

it shows now but it gives me no signal and no quality .but before i did afactory reset i had quality and signal.i am going to try and reload bin again and see.thank you guy

I use the motor option. But I've seen times that if the q and s doesn't show selecting the satellite name again or bouncing tp's up or down will bring it back up. Kinda of a glitch or quirk with the NP.

friend make sure you got the settings right,try using tp 12224 or 12282 which ever gives you more signal and quality and port 2 for sat 110....

how would you know it's port 2
they never described their setup?

they never described their setup?because anyone that does a factory default on his or her receiver needs to put back the right settings and ports in order to get the signal and quality back,does that answers your question,lol,,

it could be any port for 110
you don't even know the switch...lol

wanna bet a dollar port 2 isn't 110 on that setup?lol

I believe port1 and port2 are 119 and port3 and port4 are 110 if you are behind the dish and pointed to 119/ 110 with 2 elbow single LNB.

Also needed to use as port 1 and port 3 = 119 /110 or port 2 and port 4= 119 /110.

i,m sure his using dp lnbs,but i might be wrong,but maybe his using the legacy lnbs, and they use dishpro1 or 2,but if he doesn,t post back,who knows..

alright guys port 1 is 119 and port 2 is 110 all my setting seam to be good i will try a factory firm ware then replace bin and see if that resolve the issue.thank you guys

to all that tried to help THANK YOU,it is back up and working fine.i instaled factory firmware 9.14 then sky 1.09 bin and it recognized sat 110 and now working fine:yes:
