Best Paid Server for Internationals/HD & SD PPVs

Can somebody tell me which is the best server in terms of reliability, # of channels and cost for DN if i want to watch the followings:

International - Indian/Pakistani
PPV both SD and HD
Kids channels from Channel # 169 to 182
HD Channels

Nothing cannot be better. It changes time to time. Hd ppv open once in a blue moon. Mostly all server are from the same pool. Only different price/name tags.

satlobo has lots of internationals on sat 118. as mentioned above, hd ppv are rare now. dn keeps hitting them hard.
kids channels are always up. well, except for ecm's of course. pm me if interested. as freeze free as a service can get
