why would you have a thread stating you are selling a service but also posing on Sat****'s thread concerning you just joining their p$ and not being able to connect. find it odd that if you are selling something, you would need to be buying it from someone else...???

Not willing to go out on a limb and shell out coin for an extended period only to find that it doesn't work. Willing to pay for a one month trial to test the system. If I like what I see (no freezing) then I'll be back. Other than that, no go.

Some of these P$'s are asking you to sign up for 6 months to a year, without giving the customer a "taste" of what they're paying for. Too bad, they could be missing out on a lot of customers.

If you wanted to negotiate a shorter term of his service then you should have brought it up in pm not posting out in the open as sellers and resellers cannot pm you to begin with. You need to initiate the contact in pm.
Now as far as breaking the rules go your use of language and the way you are talking is. I suggest you pay a trip to the rules section and read up on them. Further posting the way you just did will not be ignored.

Great idea to start a claim with PayPal. Did you explain that you did not get the piracy service you had donated to? Do you do the same thing if you get too many seeds in the bag from your dealer?
Really sounds like you need to move on, call a provider and pay for a legit service. Then you can call the customer service department if you have an issue.
