HD Dreamlink files

I need the files for a dreamlink hd new box . I dont know how to program this box for the first time. I know that I need factory files and then the latest files and do the setting on everything before goes to a server. Please help if anybody can. I am handicaped and I only do is watching TV on my bed all day. The manual of the box do not had setting directions. Thanks Agussato3

Post what it says in system info in menu
also to help you with settings we need to know your lnb type,switches if any etc
