No HD channels

Hi, I got v2 of this receiver yesterday and installed v239 firmware.

I m getting all Sd channels but no HD. I have tried doing factory reset and blind scan on satellite. The signal and quality for dish 129 is good.

- Should I try reverting to 236 or 237 firmware levels ?

- Or is my jb200 faulty ?

- Is there any HD channel that one should turn to for first time ? like 200 / CNN for dish to get quick connectivity to server..

Any response / help will be appreciated. thanks in advance.

check channel 9421 and see if that comes in on 110 hd that will tell if the jb 200 tuner is working

just go to lyngsat, look at the TP list for sat 129.0w and add the missing TPs.

Actually, there are limited HD channels up at the moment. I find the best one to test with is HBO East HD at 9456. It is working at the moment.

What is channel # for CNN HD ? I m unable to find it in 9400+ channels ?

cnn hd is on 9436.

You could edit all tp before scanning which will give you a clean scan for both sd and hd. good luck

I m not seeing any 9436 on my channel list... I can see CNN on 200 and 45xx channel # (Satellite 119) .. Is this due to some setup / scan thinge ?

- Also I dont see names of many channels.. it just says TP113 etc etc.. .any solution for that ?
