Unblock Sony Xperia E dual C1605

My daughter blocked her 10 day old sony and now it is blocked and unusable... anyone know how to unblock or a master passcode needed?

Thanks went to web site, there is much info on apps, but nothing that helps with unblocking this phone... my daughter somehow just can screwup anything expensive and the wife says "oh, just an accident". Still looking for solutions...$200.00 US wasted again in 10 days by this person.:frown: :argue:

My Experia locked up by itself. Turned it on one day and was trouble. Took it to the carriers shop and they dealt with it in the back room. For what it is worth my contract is up soon, this is my last Sony, and have 4 prior to this.

What does the phone says when you turn it on? Try factory reset it.
