No disrespect ... - but if you are only online a few hours a day and are hard to reach - why would someone buy from you - when there are already other resellers here selling the same services???

If I am going to test a new service - and I do that a lot by the way :-) - I am probably going to look for a reseller that is johnny on the spot and offers fast service. The only possible way (IMHO) to excel as a reseller is to offer superior service than what the other resellers here are providing.
If you are offering a different service with little freezing and more channels then you can hang onto the coattails of your IKS service provider - but if you are offering the same service as others here - then it is going to take hours of work here trying to prove that your service is superior.
