getting no server connected

hey guys, i got a new jynx v3 yesterday and loaded the 239 file, scaned sats and loaded server inf. i click apply and get no server connected. ethernet cable is good, its running a nanosat premium. i also used the code from the premium but the premium is powered off and unplugged.
any ideas?

Hey Zooger I'm having connection issues myself, I've just set up one of these boxes for my parents. Everything has gone well but, I keep getting the "Connection Failed " message. I checked my code and it still has 233 days left on my subscription. I have server slot number two turned ON and all others are OFF. I've been fighting with it all day. HELP the fights start soon :)

i cant help. my issue was ip numbers were off.

one of the big problems all have is the invisible space at the beginning or the end, even if you use the pc program to load the server information. I would suggest that you manually erase each line and hit the del button a couple times and re enter the information. Always works for me when I have that problem, also look for commas "," instead of periods where appropriate ".". Hope this helps you!

Not sure what happened but about 2 hours later it just came on just it time for the fight card. Wool Hooo
