No DN sats on list

Setting on new DL hd and have loaded factory 106 file did factory restore and loaded 119 bin and when I go to set up Sats DN sats don't show on the list of sats. When I go to system info after loading 106 file it shows that it loaded and after I load 119 bin system info then shows 119 file in same place where 106 file name was before loading 119 file. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong ?

You are supposed to do a factory default after loading 119.
