connected to beaverTV , but not be able to watch or listen anything

I am aiming at 82W, with 78% signal strength and quality . my Jynxbox ultra HD has connected to beaverTV server 1, yet after finding all those Bev channels , I was not be able to watch any of them.

when I went through the channel list ,those prefixed with $ sign only shows a black window, those without $ sign will play a Dish network intro video, in which a guys demonstrates how to use Dish network remote controller.
None of the radio channels makes a sound.



I've tried two different JB200 tuners, 3 different firmwares(the latest 3), only to get the same result.

Seems kinda strange that your getting dish network info on bev satellite sounds like your disq switch is messed up or something to do with port settings

there is no switch or anything, it is a twin LNB, but only one of the ports is used. it is odd that all channels are bev's, no idea where the DN video comes from, is it possible that it comes with the Jynxbox receiver?

If you are getting a DN video probably channel 101 your not aimed at bev but at DN.

Need to check to see what sat you are locked on to. If you see anything from dish, you know you aren't locked on to bev.

based on the channel's name I am pretty sure they are Bev's HD channels, Bev's stuff is either on 91w(SD) or 82w, I can not be off that much. what is odd is every channel without dollars sign plays that DN intro video, it might come with the Jynxbox HD, I figure

It doesn't come with the box. No fta maker would have ANYTHING on their box that has to do with a provider, that would open a whole can of worms for them.
Go into your system menu and see what sat you are ACTUALLY licked onto when you pull up either 91 or 82.

it is Nimiq 4, btw, how come the radio channels don't work either, they are not scrambled right?

Just from what you are saying you do not have your unit set up properly.
Can you show a pic of your menu screen that you used to set up and get a lock on your sat. That will help you get better feedback to your situation.

You don't have it set up correct. The channel you have highlighted is not on nim 4 as it shows to the right. Check your switch settings, bet they are incorrect. Open your settings and when you have nim 1 selected, see which is showing a lock in the top right, bet you have them reversed.

problem solved, It was the wrong satellite, the confusing part was ,I was aiming at 72.7 instead of 82w. but after scanning ,some of the channels from 91W popped up.
