ok loaded 109 and update now cant get good signal on 119 or 110 any ideas

Describe your setup , post your settings for each sat that you are pointing at.

119 lnb 11250 port 2 had good signal till usb sticked file 109 now signal poor

yes im sorry to say i was accidentally conected to the internet the instructions i followed said make sure your not. i will hook up old reciever tomorow to confirm the signal loss is caused by the link box and something i did wrong. Thats a good place to start.
