you should never use blind scan for provider TPs, if you do you will have 2 or 3 of the same CHs, if you are missing CHs then
you are missing TPs, go to lyngsat and have a look at the TP list for sat 110.0w, your list should match, if it don't add or remove
TPs so it does match.
