Hi guys,

I did a channel update, when finished the box stay saying ON for a long time, I turned off, and now when start stay with the light red and blue on and do not show nothing on screen.

Then I tried to do a factory reset but I received this error:

open cover pull out jb-200 power up receiver if light goes away there is your problem. you may wanna load factory file via loader see if it fixes your issues.

I remove the tuner and the light stay on...
When I try to load factory I received this error:

in your first pic it shows com4 and second pic com1, do you know which com port your pc serial cable is connected to?

Yes I saw that . I verified the com on device manager and said COM1... but if I chose COM1 en the loader, this happened:

when you start the loader the receiver needs to be off, then after you start count to 4 then turn the receiver on by the power switch.

Click on connect on loader then power on your reciever via rear rocker switch.

yes its your jb200 had same thing here sent box back and got new one
