I can't get 455 only 457 and it says it's channel but no picture? Anyone watching it on Rocket?

Also can anyone help with finding signal for 119? I moved dish left and right and got nothing. I have 110 port 1 with good signal and quality and 119 port 2 with no signal at all. I lost channels so I did the factory reset and scanned both birds but only got 110. I don't think it's the head but since all channels from both 110/119 working but could have gone bad? Only one? thereby not getting signal? Want 455 to watch Mayweather VS Guerrero fight. Thanks all

Thanks allfriend for sat 110 its port 2 and for sat 119 its port 1 thats probably why your not getting signal or quality,its always good to post what dish and lnbs your using and the settings for each sat your pointing too,good luck friend....

Ding! Ding! Ding! That's your problem.
The box thinks your aimed at the 110 and not the 119. What shows in the window is what your aimed at.
Reconfirm your dish aim. Confirm any switches are working.
You should show 119 in the window if your locked onto that sat.
