SV 360p can't connect to tv101

My SV input all user name, password, server ip, des key all info are correct & also scanned all sat but still not picture. Setting to DHCP status says connect... Need help pls.

If your showing "Connected" but have nothing coming, the server is having issues.
Got pic and sound on channel 101 ? If yes, your box is working correctly.
