Ideal time for sat re scan

Its a beautiful day with no clouds in the sky.
Just was wondering when is the best time to do a re-scan as since I had my DL HD since mid March I see that a few channels have moved since then.
Someone told me that is makes a difference whether you do it at night or during the day.
Is there a difference?
When is the best time to do a sat re scan?

Just did a re scan of my DL HD receiver.
Love how easy it is. You go to the sat and re scan and you don't get any double channels.
Here are my results:

110w 535, 119w 485, and 129w 476 channels.
