The dish needs to be set in-be-tween the two satellites, and you need the DP twin LNB on it to get both satellites, or two DPP signal LNB's, one for each satellite.

If you only getting 110 then you need to set your switching right, if using the DP twin LNB then Diseqc switch port #1 is for that satellite, use TP 12297 to find that bird, Diseqc switch port #2 is for 110, the TP for that bird is 12224.

If you have two separate LNB's on a "Y" yoke then you need to set the Diseqc switch your using up for the correct satellite.

I would go to dishpointer.com and enter your location, then select the "Multi LNB" use the dish 500 setting or the 110/119 combo, this will give you the correct pointing information for your location, zoom into where your located and move the marker to your dish location, this will give you a line on a map to point the dish.
