Can anyone using this server verify if channels 9790-9797, 9861 and 9864 on this server are up? Seems that someone alluded to HDPPVs actually being up - can someone verify this too?

well... I think a better suggestion would be that they are all MISSING the same channels. That could be due to several reasons. Maybe DICK is experimenting with certain channels, and they are purposely avoiding running certain stations, maybe theses servers are sharing their cards amongst each other (so they all have what the other has) or maybe they are all getting cache from the same source.

Nobody knows for sure except for the guys running serves. What I do know though is that not all SERVERS run the same even if they may appear to carry the same stations. When some are freezing, others are not, when some are down, others seem to be up. So at the end of the day, some servers are still BETTER than others. I'd say your service is only going to be as good as the people supporting it. If you want good service, find good support.

my 2 centstrue that,short thought they are leeching with their server from the mother server and resell it,thats why some servers are freezing some not because of the service they got.

At that time I typed the message they had 492 up and a specific popular server didn't. Had nothing to do with a rescan. Few hours later 492 came up on the other server that I was talking about. FYI, You don't have to do a rescan when you are testing with the Vips.

Thank-you, thought so. We should just coin a name for the original south server that ALL of these re-branded slave servers are running off of. It's silly to discuss channel lists in over two dozen or so south "server"-specific threads when they ALL leach off of the same seeder. Sure they all have their down times, but who are they kidding. They all start with the same leached channel list; it's sad how most won't be open or candid about it. To date, satcom4 has put up the best channel list for the "master server":

The reseller/owner of this server told me all of the 9790 to 9797, 9861, and 9864 channels were up - even saying the HD PPV were running solid. Dishonesty is just what we need here

Some rec may have freezing issue and others dont. We are working hard to bring back most HD ch.
