Disappointed with TV101 :(

In the beginning satcom4 said his server has some glitches...but he will fix it...so I patiently not only waited but also supported it.
Tonight, my kid is trying to watch a SD kid channel...and it was freezing so badly , that I had to turn off the TV !!!
Forget about any HD Channels that were supposed to start working, there are none, I was hoping for a regular SD Channel...BUT lotta freezing that made it unwatchable.
I was one of the guys who got TV101 for one year as well, and now that I have paid satcom4, I msged him few days ago, about HD Channels....Not a response...this goes to people who jump at a NEW SERVER that has not proven itself....SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't be fooled with these so called NEWBIE SERVERS who are NICE in the beginning and suddenly after you pay...no support or promises they claimed which never happened...!!!!!!

You have no idea what you are talking the service has been great very little if any freezing at all. HD channels worked great almost all the time and watching right now. This service should not be used as your only TV because you never know when you go down I have a paid sub for when we go down. I don't know how long you been around and can't be very long or you would understand just how this works. This service is the best service and Support I seen in a long time and you are full of it. Also bashing a member is against the rules and you should get a vacation for that violation.

Thanks for your opinion....But I did not bash anyone...I just warned our friends here to stay alert and pick these new p$ more carefully....that's all...Besides, I have other private servers too, that's why I know this one is NOT doing well ?!!

You need to read up on what is going on with the ddos more then three servers got hit again today and the guys have been doing a great job keeping us informed here and else where everyday and if you are freezing and no body else complains then the problem is on your end and not the server. It would be very nice of you to edit your post because come tomorrow you will not have many here to welcome you. I heard nothing but good about TV101 and if you did not get your help it is because they were busy and you did not give them a chance. My last suggestion is you do some reading about freezing so you can fix it. I checked you other posts and starting in December you had six posts saying how good the service is with tv101 so it sounds like your problem hasn't been an issue more then a week or so. I had problems with code and they were on top of it till I was working again will nf#s or ro##et give you that kind of service I don't think so.

If you are going on a promise of a server saying they don't freeze all channels up all the time then I want to sell you a bridge real cheap. You need to cool down and start to read about this hobby I been in it for more then 25 years one way or other and I learn something about fta every day.

I have been in it for a while as well, that's why I can tell a good p$ from not so good one :)
I have paid for tv101 for one year, but so far every time I want to watch TV I can not !!!! and I have to quickly go back to my backup more stable p$.

If you count on another server as a backup I understand why you can't watch TV when you want I have a paid sub and a antenna that's a backup. If you can tell what good and bad you got to know Ms Cleo I do reading on the 20 or so sites I belong and what is said on those sites. I still don't understand you had 5 months of happy service and problems the last few weeks and this is the worst service ever and you want to be a hero and stop everyone from trying this good service because you are a expert at telling a good iks service and you want to save the world.

Lol you're funny guy. For the donation your made for this service and the type of customer service satcom provides you should be very appreciative and stop trying to bash the service, I can point you to a few other P$ that will cost you lots more to donate to and the worse customer service ever.. You said you have been around for awhile did your forgot this is a hobby and if you were so concern about your kid having a "NO FREEZE TV" you should have had Went to D**k and purchase a sub that way you would have no complains.. Funniest thing is that I have donated to TV101 also and is almost freeze free and have not seen other donators complaining about the service, so I suggest you check your equipment.. the fact that there are about 500 users and you the only one complaining says a lot don't you think lol.
Satcom have answered all my pms sometime you just got to be patient we all have a life off the net. All servers have problems at some point in time, none is perfect but what I appreciate most about satcom is his HONESTY, being upfront and tries to answer all our concern without disrespecting or being rude to his customers. Yes I have a 1 year sub also and you warning about the best price and customer service out there is ridiculous lol .. try again!!

There are opinions, then there are misleading comments. I agree, an open forum is exactly that, open. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE who buys a code for a P$ and expect it to run smoothly 24/7 is in for a shock. Ya, you've been around awhile, so have I..but IKS private servers are a completly different animal.

My opinion, having 4 different P$, is that satcom is the best. He tells it like it is. Doesn't blow smoke up your ass.

I think the real question is, "who is behind these attacks"? It's not just tv101 getting hit. Is it competitors? New so called PS popping up the last few weeks. Or is it the provider getting underhanded" A DDOS attack is not that hard to do.
