no channel 391 ,392 on 110w

I have done several times to scan for channels 391 FSC+ and 392 BeIn on my Jynxbox ult HD, but I cannot get the channel. Does anyone know the problem?

Look up the tp on Lyngsat and then manually add them.

It on TP 12326 Hor sat 110 im using i-link and when i have that prob I usually try to add the TP and do a scan or I would do a blind scan.. gl

no dont adjust your dish .. go to tp edit and add 12328 Hor then scan the TP..
