Need help with port changes

Hi,

I noticed every time I get scrambled, my port changes automatically. I would change it to the port that is assigned to me by the site, but it would only last from 15 minutes to 2 hrs. It almost makes it impossible to watch tv. I take it that it is happening to everyone.

if you got the code direct from the NFPS main site & can prove it then they can change it out for you

No I got it from a reseller here. I am able to change the port myself on the their website.
