Connection Fail

Hello everyone and happy memorial day.
I have service from satlobo dn that I just bought last month.
I just got back from vacation and I saw that my signal was now connection fail.
I already rebooted the receiver and the problem didn't solve.
Does anyone know if it is up or down? :eek::confused:
