Connection and freezing issues

Good morning,
I would like to have some feedback regarding receivers with better connection to servers and that freeze the least.
I have a Kbox Pro and a Neosat Ipro 2000, and noticed that the Kbox freezes less that the Neosat when connected to the same server and the server is working well.
Is it possible that what i described can be truth?
What new receivers out there have a better connection and less freezing issues that are not related to server issues?

Freezing issues are part of the game but should be the server's fault and not the receiver. If the issue persists then I would factory default and reflash all new files. I am presently using a dreamlink hd, nanosat premium and 2 cnx2 to ilink all freeze free with the exception of server hiccups.

No it isn't, just premium.

I will try to factory default and reflash all new files to the Neosat and hope that it fixes the issue, if not i have to look for a new receiver.
