JB200 Problems?

I have a Jynxbox V1 that I purchased several months ago and it worked fine with the JB100 Tuner except for the PVR function. Recently, I purchased the JB200 Tuner to replace the JB100, installed it in slot 2 and it worked good including a much better PVR for about a month. However, for the past several days when switching channels the Jynx would go black with no audio or video. I couldn't change channels any longer, couldn't bring up the guide or menu, or turn the unit off, totally freezing. I would have to hard-boot from the rear to get a channel again. After the same thing happened several times, I first thought it was a P$er problem. To confirm whether this was true or not, I replaced the Jynx with a Limesat Air HD and everything worked as usual. Finally, I took the JB200 out of the unit and re-installed the JB100. Presto, the Jynx is working good again.

Has anyone experienced the same situation with a JB200 going bad? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I had the V1 and when the V2 came out I sold my V1 and bought the V2. I personally regret doing that. The V2 is not as stable as the V1. To me the PVR function was not any good whether V1 or V2, so I have not taken the time to compare which was better. Anyway the V2 model started having problems with the display immediately and would freeze twice as much as the V1 as far as having to reboot from the back. Wish you luck with the JB200 module though
