97 west

I was wondering if it was possible to pick up 97 west with a dish 500? and if so where can i go to find dish settings to find this bird?

A dish 500 is a bit small for a linear satellite, and you will need a linear LNB for it also.

a 30" dish should do, but go to the link below and take a look at your location and zoom into it, then click on it, this will give you an estimated dish size for 97W at your location.

30" will do for most tp on G19 but you may have issues with several others, I would reccomend at dish of at least 36".
