IKS recommandation

Hi everyone,
I've been a long time member but have been away from the Sat seen for a better part of a year. I'm looking to dust off the stb's and get them up and running. Can I ask for some feedback on witch IKS providers you recommend for South. North too if it is available. Also how often does it go down and does anyone offer a lot of HD channels.
